Individual Therapy

We provide individual therapy, both in person and online, for adults dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

Our clients are people who are deeply committed to their lives and relationships. Whether they are teachers, students, parents, or professionals, many of our clients have tried coping strategies and prioritized “self-care,” but they still feel exhausted and stuck. Some are wrestling with an overwhelming life stage or navigating a major loss. They may be embarrassed to admit how much they are struggling at work or with parenting.
